We are a small business with big goals, our mission is to make your event unforgettable while providing a stress free experience from beginning to end.

To help build trust with our customers, we do not require advance deposits for bookings or reservations. When you book with us, you remain in full control of your reservation. There are no penalties for cancellations or changes, and payments can be completed upon pickup, delivery, or in advance — whichever works best for you.

We ensure that all rental equipment is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to high standards before every rental. We also offer flexible delivery and pickup arrangements tailored to your specific needs.

Safety & Security

For safety and security purposes, valid government-issued photo ID is required for all customer pickups.

Once rental equipment has been picked up or delivered, customers are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the rental period.

Wind & Weather Safety Policy

Our tents are commercial-grade and designed for professional event use. However, for safety reasons, all temporary structures have operating wind limits.

Please note:

• Tent installations will not proceed if wind gusts exceed 55 km/h
• If unsafe weather conditions are forecasted, we will work with you to reschedule your booking or provide alternative solutions, including a full refund when applicable

For bounce castle rentals:

• If weather conditions are unsafe or heavy rain is expected on the day of your event, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund
